1. Recognize the types of different participants, the effects of disruptive audience members on others and the behavior of the perfect participant.
2. Identify instructional design theories, seat placement practices, and speaking styles that can help create the “perfect” presentation.
3. Demonstrate skills needed to develop capacity for managing difficult people and situation in a program setting and engage all audiences by developing skills to accommodate different learning styles.
