Advanced Grant Writing

This advanced course builds on our Basic Grant Writing course. Participants will walk deeper into the grant writing process.  This training will build upon basic principles learned in the Basic Grant Writing course presented by Dr. Gipson.  Organizations will continue to increase their capacity to submit successful grant proposals.  The training will utilize case-based learning, practice, feedback, and educational techniques to assist participants in reviewing, analyzing, conceptualizing, writing, and submitting grant applications.  

Educational Objectives

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how to conceptualize and structure a grant proposal.
  • Know how to construct components of a grant proposal.
  • Understand how funding evaluation teams analyze grant proposals.
