1. Recognize the wide range of factors impacting access to care i.e. income, education, housing, employment, etc. to 
    promote inclusivity and resource coordination.
2. Identify barriers to access and improve service delivery in underserved areas.
3. Promote diversity within the behavioral health workforce to better understand and respond to the unique needs of
    diverse communities.
