This course provides an overview of the grant research, development, and submission process, focusing on developing skills necessary for successfully submitting a grant proposal. Through interactive exercises and case studies, participants will learn how to develop and submit effective grant proposals that align with the funding organization’s mission and objectives. Additionally, participants will gain an understanding of how funding evaluation teams analyze grant proposals and how to increase their chances of securing grant funding. Upon completing this course, participants will have the skills and knowledge to navigate the grant proposals process and submit competitive proposals.

Objectives:

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

1. Define key terms related to the grant research, development, and submission process.
2. Assess readiness to submit a grant proposal.
3. Describe how funding evaluation teams analyze grant proposals.
