Grant Writing Basics

Back by popular demand, this course is designed to increase the capacity of organizations to conceptualize and submit grant applications.  The training will utilize case-based learning, practice and feedback, and educational techniques to assist participants in reviewing, analyzing, and conceptualizing grant applications.  

Educational Objectives

After attending the course, a participant will be able to:

  • Define key terms related to the grant research, development, and submission process.
  • Assess readiness to submit a grant proposal.
  • Utilize skills to develop and submit grant proposals.
  • Describe how funding evaluation teams analyze grant proposals.
