Microsoft Outlook, Email Etiquette, and Effective Office Communication

Outlook is more than just email.  It is a personal information manager that can be used to streamline your workloads and increase your productivity.  In this training, you will learn how to manage calendars and appointments, create tasks, take note, manage contacts and browse the web from a single interface.

Although email can be an effective tool, it can be a source of miscommunication.  Is your tone off?  Did the wrong person receive a message?  Did you send a thread that has taken on a life of its own? Whatever the problem, an understanding of and adherence to good email etiquette can reduce or eliminate most issues related to digital communication.  This course will cover the proper way to write courteous correspondence.
