The pandemic has changed our world. It can be equally difficult to handle the new way of life staying healthy and preventing relapse into past unhealthy habits. Working with your own mindfulness options and CBT techniques can help to not move backwards for those in recovery, and prevent those who have maintained healthy lifestyles from falling into less healthy choices.
