Reboot: Understanding Technology Addiction

COVID-19 has forced us to become overly involved with technology—from teaching our children from home to commuting to work from our bedrooms to our home office. All in all, we are spending more hours online than ever before. Most of us are spending most of our waking lives experiencing reality through a screen, endlessly plugged into our devices and it is taking its toll.
