Sensible Meal Planning for a Healthy Lifestyle

Sensible meal planning should be part of everyday life.  This can support a healthy lifestyle and lend to positive health outcomes over time.  Through balance and variety optimal intake can be achieved.  This four-hour session will highlight USDA’s Plate Method as a guide to sound dietary intake.  Lifestyle factors that influence dietary intake and maintenance of a healthy weight will be emphasized.  In addition, popular fad diets will be reviewed.
