Ethical choices and self-awareness are the themes explored in this course. Participants will learn what implicit bias is, how to identify and measure it within themselves, and how to resolve issues surrounding bias. This course includes interactive case studies, videos, and participant discussion.

Objectives:

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify what implicit bias is and how it applies to work.
2. Have the knowledge and tools to assess your own implicit bias.
3. Describe how implicit bias can affect our work in public health and with consumers.
